Wall thickness and foam, not just capacity
Two coolers labelled 75QT can differ widely in how long ice lasts. Heat enters through the walls and the lid, so foam thickness and lid design decide performance. Ask each supplier for wall thickness in millimetres and for a written ice-retention test method, including ambient temperature and ice-to-air ratio, rather than a marketing number of days.
Shell consistency across a production run
Rotomolding depends on even powder distribution and controlled oven and cooling cycles. A sample that passes is not proof that the thousandth unit will. Ask how shell weight and wall thickness are checked per batch, and whether the factory designs and maintains its own molds.
